Someone started a thread about the hunter alignment specs actually being incorrect. He provided the ones that Lexus actually calls for.

Still waiting to see what happens. I’ve only driven like 3-4 thousand miles with the bushings and new tires.

do these basically do the same job as the FIGS or RR Racing ones, but less stiffness?

Just ordered mine from MegaZip. $81 shipped from Japan for the pair! Will report my impressions once I install them. Definitely dropping these in myself!

- Figs are stiffer than Lexus RCF.

- RR-Racing eliminates the 3rd axis of movement (push and pull), which basically eliminates any toe change from the bushing under just about any condition. (This axis was part of the Lexus design, from an engineering standpoint, I'm not sure the effects of eliminating it).

- Just how stiff is needed to prevent the tire issue? Not sure. But no one with an RCF seems to have the problem.

Depends what you’re going for. If you want your steering to be ultra stiff and more vibration/noise then the RR Racing, a little less is the Figs (these two you may have to grease up periodically). RCF/GSF bushings are actual Toyota parts so technically OEM just a bit stiffer than the IS ones.

but they work to decrease inner tire wear right? and improve steerer response and braking?

Yup they will all do that, but only RR Racing’s bushings gives you almost no play which in turn means very good steering response, but much more NVH.

That's up to you, your budget, and your end-goal.

I can tell you that the $80 that I spent on the RCF bushings was the best $80 I've spent on this car.
I just looked at my inner tire wear after about 3500 miles post-swap, and I didn't notice abnormal wear on the inner side.

I got mine from Megazip, and it was $81 shipped from Japan after a 10% discount code, which appears to be available on their page all the time.
