Where did you buy it? and can i get it installed at a lexus dealer?

Yes exactly! It connects to the back of the radio but I can't connect anything to the female part.
You’re going to have to cut out the little square looking parts to it to get it to fit. I had to do it. Use a blade/razor and cut it down all the way down to get it to fit.
Ahh I see! And to confirm the stock radio only has couple (4) of wires and you plug it into the female harness has a lot more?
All the plug ins that were in the stock stereo that you removed for the harness go into the corresponding female connecter on the harness. The side that has only like 2 or 3 goes to the unit. I’m not sure if that answers your question lol.
