They can send you the update via email. You just download it to a usb drive and install it.

I Installed mine yesterday and have the duplicate sonar on the reverse camera as well so i'll let him known about it. I also need to get the update file from him as I have the screen automatically switching out of tablet mode and Carplay doesn't work yet. Do you get a "no signal" popup when your on Lexus mode and turn the car on (goes away in a second or so)?

I just ended up running the main one and didn't install the secondary one. I also had an issue where the top right of my screen pushed into the bezel and have to get a replacement, they are sending me a new unit. Heads up that the jog with the harness for this unit installed does't work on the OEM screen LOL.

Also, anyone have their OEM nav not getting a correct location, and or know how to reset it?

No issues here with factory navigation. I have the jog also, so far everything is good. I haven't had a chance to play around with the Android side yet.

I found my android experience a bit laggy but i think part of it is my connection (wifi tether on iphone always seems weaker than android). Did you have to install the carplay update for carplay to work and was it and APK, and If so did you need to rename it to install it?
