Default Noises at the conductor door

Hello,

When i drive on a bad road (with bumps), i hear some noises at the top of my door (conductor door).

When i put down the glass a little bit, the noises disappear.

Any clue ?

Thanks for your help.

I have had the same thing on occasion. As you stated, putting the window glass down and back up again seems to resolve the issue for a while. I mentioned it to the service advisor, and he suggested the window down fix. I am unsure if there is a permanent fix.
