I live in Southern California and I'd look for anyone of the Modesta certified PPF installers. I'm about as OCD as it comes when it comes to detailing and swirl marks. I have my IS wrapped in Suntek PPF Ultra; most of it was done with custom bulking and the bumper was done with a modified kit that my installer printed with a specific printer. The old 3M clear bra is the stuff you'll see that turns yellow. The folks who work at the dealership will likely mess up your paint and use patterned kits without taking any care of wrapping and capping corners. I like Suntek over Xpel, which I've had before and noticed more orange peel on. STEK is also a solid brand and so is ClearGuard Nano. Although, they may be more expensive, I'd certainly look for a qualified Suntek, STEK, or ClearGuard Nano installer who can wrap and cap edges. Like I mentioned, the Modesta network of detailers is solid.
