Hi guys, I just got back from the car wash and realized my radio is not working anymore. Everything is factory, its a 2014 F Sport.

Radio turns on everything acts normal, but my volume **** does nothing, and my volume buttons on my steering wheel do nothing.

All my presets within the sound tab for bass / treble are locked in the middle and reset. I have no way to adjust anything.

Would anybody have any idea whats going on? Everything was fine before I washed the car, I had the interior detailed as well.

Take it back to the carwash and let them know. My friend was able to a car wash to pay out when they somehow shorted something.

Check the amp in the trunk to see if things may have gotten wet back there. It is located in the passenger side corner of the trunk floor. Lift up the floor on that side and you'll be able to see it.

Yea definitely sounds like the amp. I'd check for water entering the trunk.
