Marc Levinson - No audio until restarting car
I’ve got a 2014 is350 f sport with Mark Levinson audio. Yesterday, I had no audio. Radio and everything worked, just no sound. I assumed I blew a fuse or the amp. I got home, turned off the car, then restarted car, only to find audio was back and sounding great. Did it again to me today. I tried leaving the car on and just powering off the screen, but this doesn’t fix it.
Is there a relay that could be faulty? Something that activates when the car is turned on/off? I live 3 hrs from a dealer, so not looking to make a day of it if I can swap a $20 relay.

Next time it happens, try pressing and holding the radio power button for 3-5 seconds so that the entire multimedia/nav system restarts. Perhaps that could narrow down whether the problem is software or some kind of fuse/hardware issue?

Yup, done that several times. Only a complete shutdown of the car fixes it, which leads me to either some relay or some software problem in the amp itself.

Did you ever find out the cause? Out of no where I started getting feedback loop on my added sub. Come to find out sub needs to be off for ML to kick on properly, but I'm having same issue where ML does not come on 95% of time the first time I start the car if it's been sitting for hours.
