DRL goes out only at night
So my passenger side DRL works fine during the daytime (light outside) but once its night time and dark out, it goes off. I can manually turn it on but of course the headlights go off in that setting. Anybody know what the issue would be? My car is out of warranty already due to high milage.

Is the DRL grounded well?

When I had mine cracked open, there is an LED driver just under the actual led strip in the little pocket area of the DRL. That determines how bright the DRL's should be. My guess is since its isolated and not in the right DRL, that this driver is bad. The car sends voltage giving the DRL power, then the stalk/autoheadlight system sends a voltage to the driver telling it how intense to be. (bright at night, dim at day or vice versa) When that driver board recieves the signal that its night time and needs to be bright or dim or which ever it is, it cant output the current the LEDs need. my guess is there is a bad component on that PCB thats causing a short, or just isnt working at all. Hopefully this helps

I don't think you can just buy the PCB, I think you'll have to buy either a used or new one off of ebay. New is your safest bet.
