Default PPE Headers Check Engine Light On

I have a 2017 Lexus IS350 my current set up, ARK Exhaust, Takeda Intake, and PPE Headers.

After installing the PPE headers onto the vehicle, the check engine light had turned on. I've been dealing with this issue for over 6 months now, the O2 sensors that came with the headers did not work for my vehicle. PPE sent me a new O2 sensor that was adjustable from RR-RACING, that O2 sensor still doesn't work. The check engine light codes are P013A, P013C, and P030. I've reached out to RR-Racing and they told me that I need a flash tune for the ECU in order to turn it off, but they also said that occasionally it may turn back on. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Try an o2 defouler or if you’re tuned, you can have the tuner code out the o2 sensor.

A little bit off topic but how does your set up sound after installing the headers? I'm too used to my exhaust now and it sounds a bit quiet to me.
