I noticed when I first got the car, my mpg was 12-15 with 70/30 city/highway. Drive your car for a week or two and get better averages. Driving in sport or sport plus for a while will definetely give you 10-12 mpg.

I drive my IS350 pretty hard. I mean daily triples and redlined everyday. My average mpg is still 17-18 mpg with a 50/50 highway city mix. Seems 10-12 is too low.
