Default Suede/Roja Red steering wheel

I really wanted something that was color matched to the interior, but didn't really want to drop 600+ on the DCTMS wheel just yet. There was another post by @Aleksei with a new leather cover from here: https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?spm=a2g0s.9042647.0.0.9eb84c4dEXco3S&orderId=95707814348277&productId=32843219698

Ended up going with the red side panels and the rest suede/alcantara. Pretty happy with how it turned out for $55 shipped and a few hours stitching it on. Definitely a learning curve on the adhesive pieces to hold the leather in place, but happy with the feel of a thicker wheel and the materials. Note: All the upholstery has been coated with Gyeon Leather Shield.

That looks really good!
Could you please provide the link to the product?

I believe this is the link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/LQTE...a5802dfd72cb1c

But there aren't any options for selecting colors or sides of the wheel

You can message them after purchasing to request different materials/colors.

Hey man,

Was going to buy this product, but wondered if the leather (Roja red part) is actually perforated as I have the heated steering wheel option.

It's not completely perforated. It will just take the wheel a little longer to reach temperature.

Noticed your side note stating the coating on your interior, is that why it looks darker versus the more vibrant red of other roja red interiors? If so, did you go with the red steering wheel cover or the red wine color? Thanks in advanced for any insight.

The color is more than likely due to the lighting in which I took the photo. After comparing the photo to the car, the red is much brighter in person. I didn't see any color change after applying the ceramic to the leather.

And I chose the "Red Wine" color for the steering wheel.
