Default 2016 IS350 F-Sport Front Wheel

Anyone have any good ideas on where to get a replacement 18" OEM front wheel for my 2016 IS350 F-Sport? I hit a pothole 2 days ago and bent the rim. Took it into the dealer and they want over $700 to replace the wheel. Figured I could buy it online, have it shipped, and take it to a local guy to get mounted and balanced much cheaper.

Thanks,
Brian

Good luck! Please post if you are able to find OEM wheels. My bet is that it will be a fluke if you fall into one. I have given up. I have an '18 F-Sport 350 that is a "flat tire factory" (!), and I have actually tried to get an OEM front/rear to have wheel-tire spare set ups in my garage so my car is not out of commission if I get another flat.
I've been round and round looking, and all I find are the repops.

Try looking here https://www.detroitwheelandtire.com/...t=17390#page=3

At $700, I'd rather find a used one on ebay for much cheaper and spend $100 or so to have a local wheel shop recondition it. We have a great wheel specialist in Indianapolis that can fill in curb rash and completely repaint the wheel to match the others. Look around for ones with good reviews.

I have a guy who repairs bent rims. Only annoying part is he will only take the rim so I had to get it removed from the tire before taking it to him but he was able to repair multiple bends on my rim from potholes for $80 each wheel. He did a great job.. he's in North Jersey though so probably not a great help for you. Goodluck.

I have a front OEM wheel with no valves and no tires. 300$obo for wheel and you pay shipping. I have pictures ready. PM me and we can talk if you’re interested.

I've always wondered, how bad are those potholes that cause these bent rims? In all my years of driving, I've never once damaged a wheel so bad it was bent. Only once was a tire so badly damaged that it needed to be replaced.

Maybe Alberta potholes are not as bad as I thought...

check the classifieds on this very site, I saw a post maybe a year old person wanted $800 for the set of F sport rims. More than likely they are gone but things like that do pop up on occasion.

sorry but that’s not Lexus OEM wheels and it’s an aftermarket. I’ve seen those and they crack pretty easy. Hence it’s why it’s so cheap.

I had the same thing happen to me. Instead I bought the Tire and wheel package for $900 for 5 years, unlimited claims, no deductible. Covers bent rims, curb rash, and flats. Money well spent IMO considering cost of new rim OEM F-Sport rim is $700.
