So long story short, the micro sd card that came with my IS350 was cracked and I think a piece is still stuck inside the micro sd port. (Didn’t find this out until today when I tried to insert my new nav chip)

I plan on speaking w my dealer first since the car was advertised as having navaigation, but was wondering if anyone has this problem in the past and how you fixed it.

have you tried a very thin set of tweezers? There are some small ones you can get at Walgreens or equivalent in the cosmetic aisle that may help you get the microSD card out.
