No need for the “best” pads for a slow *** car lol

Not sure where you got your info, but I would have to seriously disagree.
Ceramic pads use ceramic compounds and copper fibers in place of the semi-metallic pad's steel fibers. This allows the ceramic pads to handle high brake temperatures with less heat fade, provide faster recovery after the stop, and generate less dust and wear on both the pads and rotors. Quieter than semi-metallic pads & produce less dust than semi-metallic pads, resulting in cleaner wheels.

Generally ceramic pads do not have a stronger stopping ability although I like them a lot (for the tiny bit of reduced performance but way less dust).

You literally copied and pasted your answer from a google search.

So any information you ever share, you came up with under your own experimentation and research, and not from any other source?... lol
GTFO...

I don't just copy and paste it as if it's my own. Sorry bud if you are going to tell someone they are wrong, back it up with your own words. So you can...GTFO.

I never said it was my own words. I just copied and pasted "information", and you took it upon yourself to take a jab at me. Its ok though. It is the internet after all and I expect to run into a douche bag or two here and there. No harm no foul.

Ceramic pads will have different stopping abilities. Breaks with metallic compounds may produce different amounts of dust, but they WILL be noisier. Many race pads use exotic metals, they are noisy as hell, and only really perform with heat in them. E.g. Winmax W6 wont stop much at all without high heat built up and definitely not first thing in the morning in winter. So yes, it is always a compromise. Many track guys will swap out track and street pads between events for this reason. One pad cannot do it all.
