What should I do about my caster?

LOL...i think you're way overthinking it now!
If you didn't tell me those photos were with the wheel in different positions, it wouldn't have been that obvious.

The light and wiper stalks are not suppose to be at the same level.
The wheel isn't supposed to be exactly centered to the instruments and dash.

The straightness of the wheel should be judged by the level of the wheel, and not compared to anything behind or around it.

From either pic it looks fine...but of course I'm on the other side of a monitor looking at it.
Keep in mind the wheel will be slightly off in either direction depending on where you drive and how fast you're going.

From here i think it looks ok, but I would suggest not looking at it for a couple days of driving and then revisit to see if it looks ok or not.
Based on the alignment specs from the dealer, everything is now looking good at the wheels, but that is assuming the steering wheel was straight when the adjustments were made to the front.
