Thanks for your response. The only change is new tires and an alignment. Does this tire hum ever go away or soni look for a new tire when I'm due?

I don't think the hum will ever go away. It's just a fact of how the tires interact with the road and the air.

edit: Having said that, I think it'd be worth making sure everything is in-spec as far as alignment, tire pressures, etc.

Had this happen with an older non-Lexus vehicle. Goodyear tires. Had 4 tires mounted balanced and it made a horrible humming noise at speed. Took it back..turns out they mounted 2 of the tires incorrectly(inside out/backwards--not sure how to word it)--that was causing the hum. They remounted them and it went away.

thats a good thing to check. im going back to the shop today to get a copy of the alignment data so I will have them check this.

Exactly the same noise on my 2019 ES 350
Dealer replaced 4 tires and the sound is way louder since the new tires are quieter.
Dealer examined my car and no fault found.
Will set an appointment to have a more experience tech with noise trouble shooting for a test drive.
Will report back.
