I Havd the same problem. It just happened to me I got a is250 2014 f sport with Navi. Basically the unit kept resetting itself and than eventually it said a program cannot be read please consult a dealer. I tried disconnecting the Neg terminal. That didn’t work. So I took it to the dealer and they told me I need a new radio. $2200 for the whole replacement. What did you end up doing to fix the unit?

What exactly do do you mean by, “you took the fuse out and reset it?” Did you replace the fuse? Or did you just remove it than reset the battery and than put it back in? And yea I’ve been looking for a new radio, but I only will replace it as a last resort cause they are expensive. And thank you for replying.

Which fuse did you take off?
I was looking and I don’t know which fuse is the one I should be checking or pulling is it under the hood or in the cabin?
