In Canada? No.

The US did get a Craft Line edition IS, that from all the photos I've seen, came with a black version of the F Sport rims.
The Craft Line IS was not offered in Canada, to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks a lot although that just adds to my confusion, just bought a 2015 is 350 f sport through my local Lexus dealer. They are shipping it in from Ontario and in the pictures I noticed it has black rims. The salesman insisted it was an option but I haven’t been able to find any others with stock black rims. I’m wondering if some powder coated them.

They didn't come in black in Canada for sure. If they are indeed black, they may have been damaged and repaired (and probably painted darker than original).

The Craft Line only came in white, as per all the photos I've seen, and the mirrors and doors handles are black.
so if the one you're getting isnt white, and doesnt have black handles and mirrors, then the rims should be hypersilver if they are F sport rims.
because of the way hypersilver is produced on the rim, in certain photos they could perform dark, even borderline black.

do you have a photo of the vehicle?

Those have 100% been refinished in pearl black. Whether they were damaged before or the previous owner just wanted them a different color who knows. Definitely not stock though

Agreed...they were refinished. Which is not a big deal...could have been a number of reasons why.
The only thing that irks me is the salesperson saying it was an option...it wasn't an effing option!!! Just tell the customer the truth, "that's not the stock color for the wheels, and I don't know why they are black".

If you want to paint the salesman into a corner on the rim issue, ask him to show you the VOAS sheet for the 2015 Lexus IS.
If he says he doesn't have one, tell him to check the Sales page of Toyota's online system, Infostream. I guarantee you there will be beads of sweat forming on his forehead at that point lol
The VOAS sheet is basically the ordering guide which shows you all the available options and what they would have cost.
If it really and truly was an option, it will be listed in the VOAS sheet...but since we know it wasn't, he'd make every excuse to not show you or look it up.

Depends if you really want to press the issue or not.
Nonetheless I would be having a close look at the rims once the vehicle arrives to be sure there's no damage the black finish is hiding. Of course black can't hide anything, so it should be obvious.
But honestly I think you'll be fine.

congrats on new car, I bought a 2015 is350 f sport awd, silver last month. Do you mind if I ask what you paid for it after all negotiations? I feel like I might have overpaid for mine. Is yours red interior? Rwd or awd?

Chances are it's AWD as all the IS's sold in Ontario were AWD...at that time.
You'd have to consider what Series the F Sport was also...Series 1, 2, or 3. Seems a lot were Series 2, since that's the first package that has Navi.
And last, mileage. 70K is likely what dropped the price just below $30K...otherwise if this thing had 50K, it would likely have been $32-35K...maybe a touch more depending on overall condition.
Then there's the shipping cost.

Last month i paid 32.5k before tax for a 2015 is350 AWD f sport series 2.
atomic silver on red interior. 9/10 condition. 54,000km. No accident, 1 owner from a dealership in Montreal.

so I didn’t get shafted?

Other than it's from Montreal...I would say you did just fine. That's right where the price should have been.
