Hi All,
i just bought a used 2015 IS250 with 47k miles on it.
I noticed the car pulling right the 2nd day of owning it. I made an appointment to take it in to Toyota since that’s where I bought it from. They did an alignment but when I picked it up the car still pulls right. Anyone have this issue? New member btw.

They shouldve drove it after they aligned it to make sure it goes straight.
I hope tgey also set tire pressures.
Have them cross the front tires and see if that changes anything.
Even though your alignment is in specs, a tire pull or a dragging caliper can change how the car tracks.

I would think that they would have driven the car after they aligned it. I have a video I want to upload but I’m not sure how you can upload videos on this. When I pull into the driveway at 5 MPs or less the steering wheel starts pulling right and when I go in reverse it pulls back the other way.
Everything looks decent except the rear toe. Looks like the tech got lazy and just aligned til he got in the green and not in spec with one another. A good alignment tech will make sure L to R is as close to eachother as possible. your RR wheel is pointed in while your RL wheel is pointing straight. But they're still technically in spec (the computer screen will light up green and the tech will go "OK!" -- just not in unison with one another. I don't know the condition of the rest of the car, but assuming everything is good, and all other things being equal, flat road, etc., this small difference could be the cause of your pulling.
I rarely agree with E46CT (lol), but yeah, the tech got lazy.
The rear toe definitely needs to be the same side to side, or close to it.
The problem is, once you adjust the rear toe now, then the front toe will be off, so that will need to be adjusted.
Basically you need another alignment...by a non-lazy tech.
