Definitely gloss.
base model kias have black matte window trim. you're just making your car look low rent and entry level if you go matte trim.
And not all gloss is created equal. i tried 3m Gloss. terrible. looks like a garbage bag pulled over your trim.
i used vvivid gloss black
it's extremely glossy. particularly over rounded surfaces like mirrors.

Not to hate on 3M, but holding both up to a flash light the 3M almost had a brownish hue, and the vvivid was a deep deep black. I am for sure going with vvivid.

was it 3m 1080 gloss black? Mine is black black and Is think enough its probably hold a couple hundred pounds before breaking through. Excerpts it's almost brittle which is not good

Right on thanks, it's about $17 for all materials needed so I'll probably just get that to compare.
