Is there inner tire wear visible?
#16
Had my car at the dealer today and we saw inner tire wear as well with ~8k miles on the tires (crappy Atlas tires that old owner put on) and recommended an alignment. Would rotating the front wheels even out the inner wear?
Does installing GSF/RCF bushings void any warranty? I'm not sure since they are technically OEM parts.
Also, does anyone have any recs for tires? I drive in Southern California, don't need a whole lot of performance and I do enjoy low levels of NVH.
Thanks

Even if you could, the inside of the tire would still be inside, so... it wouldn't help.
No idea on the warranty, anyone else done it before and know?

I checked my inner tire wear. I aligned probably 10k milea ago with down springs. I really didnt notice any inner wear at that point.
Now I'd say they are 1/16 to 3/32 inch more worn on inner opposed to outer edge. The very inner edge that is. Enough that when I get new tires I'll install RCF LCA bushings, but not horrifying either.
Those are some serious looking tires, good price too. Kind of soft though @340 but I'm considering something in the 300s. How much life do you get out of those? I'm also in southern California

Any opinion is acceptable.

I’d probably go with the GS-F/RC-F bushings if you want a little improvement with almost same ride quality,

It will prevent the premature inner tire wear, yes. Not exactly saying it will go away completely. The harder bushings you get, the more effective they can prevent the issue. But you are giving away the ride comfort - just to be fair here.
