I will be following the recommended schedule from the manual. Schedule spark plug change is actually all over the place depending on the car year.
To quote myself from the link bellow:

"FYI, For the 2014 IS350 awd Lexus canada online manual says replace spark plugs at 192,000 kilometers (119,303 miles) . The IS250 awd and rwd also say it is 192,000 kilometers.
But..... for the 2015 models it says replace at 96,000 km (59,651 miles)
for the 2016 models say replace 96,000 km only for the IS300, the IS350 is 192,000 km and IS 200T is at 128,000 km
Lexus make up your mind!! lol. "

Aren't the 350 engines identical across the various years? Makes no sense that the replacement intervals are different??!
