My son has a 2017 IS 200T that sounds like it has a bad vacuum regulator valve. When he starts the car there is no noise. Once he gives it some gas the buzzing / humming sound appears on the passenger side. I read threads about other people having that issue and his is the same area as everyone else.
Is there a TSB for this issue ? Want to be armed in case they try to pull the 'oh that's normal' line.

 

Had the Vacuum Regulating Valve and Hose Assy replaced under warranty today.
