Tire pressure monitoring system

^ If you bought your car in the US, it definitely should have the ability to show you the tire pressures. TPMS is a standard requirement for all cars nowadays (since 2008), not something that's considered an upgrade. Just as everyone else posted, it should be accessible via the steering wheel menu button or by cycling through the different vehicle information screens.
Again, check your owner's manual to see where to find it exactly. If, for whatever reason, it doesn't exist in any of the screens/menus, I'd take it back to Lexus and have them check it. It's highly uncommon to not have this mandated feature.

But nowadays, pretty much all car makers have the ability to display the tire pressures for each tire. The digital PSI readouts would be an addition to a tire pressure indicator light on the dash.

No, I was referring to not having a TPMS monitor/indicator in the car being uncommon. The mandated part is having TPMS sensors being able to somehow notify the driver that at least 1 or more tires are at least 25% under the recommended manufacturer's cold tire pressure with an indicator on the dash, per the NHTSA final ruling for cars 2008 and newer: https://www.nhtsa.gov/sites/nhtsa.do...inalrule_6.pdf
