No, I was referring to not having a TPMS monitor/indicator in the car being uncommon. The mandated part is having TPMS sensors being able to somehow notify the driver that at least 1 or more tires are at least 25% under the recommended manufacturer's cold tire pressure with an indicator on the dash, per the NHTSA final ruling for cars 2008 and newer: https://www.nhtsa.gov/sites/nhtsa.do...inalrule_6.pdf

But nowadays, pretty much all car makers have the ability to display the tire pressures for each tire. The digital PSI readouts would be an addition to a tire pressure indicator light on the dash.

Especially the 3IS F Sports. It would have been very weird if you didn’t have the digital read out.
