Help choosing right 2016 IS 300
Hello All,
This forum really has been a great resource for me to research about Lexus vehicles.
After waiting for a while, I finally came down to two vehicles to choose from and I would like to hear from people on their thoughts.
Please share with me about what you vote for and why.
Thanks!!

If reliability is your priority, then go with Option 1. Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) will give you that peace of mind.

It looks like they're practically the same car.
The F sport will have heated seats, but the Non F Sport will have heated and ventilated seats.
The non F comes with fog-lights from factory, and the only way for the F Sport to get that via aftermarket solutions, or a JDM retrofit.
The F Sport seems to have that extra crown/dealership looking decal which may be a pain to get rid of, after removal it may leave a weird outline of where it used to be
Don't think any of the cars come with AVS, where on the 350 if you put the car into Sport+ mode, the suspension dampening becomes stiffer
If it was just based on looks, and you won't ever want the novelty of ventilated seats, I'd pick the FSport, and get that weird crown taken off. black carpet + red pleather seats, vs the tan + beige which look a bit boring
If cost was a big issue, and looks didn't matter, I'd pick whichever is cheaper to insure.
Either way, the cars are both as reliable as each other, i think it just boils down to cost of insurance, if you want ventilated seats, and which bumper/grille do you prefer to look at everyday. I personally prefer the bumper/grille of the Fsport over the non-Fsport, but to each their own

There's only a $2k difference in price. Seems like a no-brainer to go with the lower-mileage option if you ask me.
