Hello, I was changed my bumper from base to F-SPORT but got problems with fender liners, anyone has a link to eBay for especially this parts? Or part number? because was bought twice and they shipped me a base fender liner...

The issue isn't the fender liner...if I remember correctly the fender liner is the same for F Sport and Non-F Sport.
There is another piece that fills that gap you see.

Here's a link to a parts diagram...you're looking for the Fender Protector, and I think you need the seal also (not 100% sure): https://parts.lexus.com/a/Lexus_2014...2430-5302.html

Here's some photo's of my 2014 F Sport so you can see the piece:

Also I think you need the part behind it...they call it the fender seal.
I think the seal attaches to the bumper and then the protector to the seal.

i've been driving without the front fender liners and seals since i lowered my car in 2015. i need to reinstall the fender liners, but i'm a lazy baby, so i've been putting it off...for years. anyway, do i need to bring it to a bodyshop for this to be done or can a regular lexus specialist mechanic do it? like, who installs fender liners?

You could take it to either (mechanic or body shop) to get it installed. If yo have all the pieces it's probably a fairly easy DIY.
