Random Chirping Noise from Rear

Random Chirping Noise from Rear
Hi,
I have a IS300h and since last year I've noticed a random chirping noise from rear. I took it twice to the dealer and they told me mechanically it is fine and no problem discovered. In the second time they told me that it could be due to my braking habit.
However, the noise is still there and sometimes becomes so loud and annoying (but still random) and I even hear it at the higher speed say 40-50mph. So I assume it should not be related to the brakes. I talked to the dealer and booked a new service and he told me as the noise is random it could not be because of the wheel bearings or something loose.
Anyone has any idea?
Thanks
