My regular pulls at NJ turnpike is 120~130. I can't seem to get past this speed because there is always someone near or in front of me. It so easy to reach this speed when I'm on Sport + Manual + TC off. Cruising around ~70 at high 3rd, step on it until it bumps the rev limiter, then floor it at 4th gear which I find the longest gear. By the time I about to shift to 5th, I always find myself slowing down because of cars in front of me - they seem to appear too fast - then boredom hits.
Honestly, I hate doing this on a turnpike with cars around me, besides the ticket and possible jail time

Mine was stock at the time of that pull too. So 244 Km/h translated into miles gets to 151 mph... But you know, there is always an error margin related to the speedometer and the tyres, no matter what (it doesn't matter they are stock tyres, with manufacturer specs followed to the letter).
And usually that error is around 3-4%, which means that what you see on the dash is actually more than the real speed. So, in my case, the actual speed was probably around 236 km/h or 146 mph (or even lower if the error margin rate is more than 4%).

Pretty sure I've driven those same stretches, or similar. Wife and I drove down to Galveston in the IS to catch a cruise ship. Texas has some nice "Speed Limit 80" sections! Don't think I went over 100 but was kinda neat to maintain that speed for a while. Fastest I ever went was 105.
