The light doesn't come on until 20 minutes of driving...so if i make a short trip, no light.
Once the light is on, it may start blinking too...but no beeping.

FYI...20 minutes is the threshold for when the TPMS ECU gives up trying to find the sensors and throws on the light.

Since I'd find that annoying and distracting on a long drive (periodically take 2.5 hour trips), I bought my winter set with the TPMS installed.
Small price for my sanity (and keeps the wife from nagging (about that anyway) ).

I also run 17's for the winter all squared up
Blizzak LM001 is a fantastic tire with the AWD
Install 3 or 4 mm shim if looking for a little clearance from front calipers

They are only $35 USD each on Amazon. I had zero issues with Denso (winter set) and Orange on my 2010 IS, I replaced the stock ones with Denso's in fact as one of the stock was failing and the stealership refused to replace it under warranty.

I will be using my old Lexus stock 2010 IS250 225/40R17 (front) / 245/45R17 (rear) set on my 2018 IS300AWD, I test fitted them today at the shop and the clearance was there with my old Bridgestone Blizzaks on them.
I assume the 2018 IS300AWD uses the same calipers as the 350?

[QUOTE=kj07xk;10620739]225/45R-17 Michelin X-Ice XI3 ($143.22 US each)

Talk about inflation! Their updated X-Ice now cost $205 each for the same size.
