Would using parts 48075-24010 and 48076-24010 on a 2016 IS350 F Sport cause issues with CPO and an extended warranty?

Like with most warranties, they could only void the warranty coverage on a specific repair if those parts were found to cause the issue in the first place, or were somehow contributing to the issue.

As Arentz said, it is POSSIBLE, but keep in mind they are Toyota OEM parts and while they aren’t OEM for the IS when you set them side by side you can’t even tell they are different so unless they specifically look at the part numbers on there which I highly doubt they would you’ll be okay.
