What has been the monthly on a lease? This is with no money down, 1st month due at signing, typical fee, and with NAV package?

If you were in Canada you could have used the calculator on Lexus.ca for this, strange that the US site seems to be void of this unless I overlooked it.
When I shop for a new car I use an online broker which hook you up with dealer discounts and they break down all the costs/fees for you, I'm sure there are US based ones as well.
Maybe you could try APA's calc and adjust for US taxes? http://www.apa.ca/LeaseCalculator.asp
