Default Looking to getting a IS300 F Sport by leasing

What is a good monthly number to shoot for? 36months/10k, no money nor fees due at signing, and F Sport with Nav package.
Thank you for your input in advance!

You should probably post this in the IS sub-forum, but.... did you check out leasehackr forum? I don’t think the IS leases well, since the RV is pretty abysmal (under 50%): Decent lease cash and low MF help, but you’ll probably have a hard time getting one of these for the “mystical” 1%..

My 2019 IS 300 F Sport leased for exactly 1% MSRP at $435/mo with $0 down. $4,000 lease cash, $3,500 off MSRP, and I negotiated an extra $2,000 off the price of the car for a total savings of $9,500 off MSRP. Made up a bit for the poor residuals.

try those lease assumption sites.. like swapalease or whatever. you can find short term leases w/ people trying to get out of their cars. trust me if you start a 3 year lease on this old car now, you're going to regret it in 3 months. as others have said, this car isn't leasing too well cause of the low residuals/age of the car.

i'd probably go G20 3 series if you're going to lease. get something new.

Hello. I saw your post and I HAD to reply back. Did you Lease/Hire your Lexus AFTER October 1, 2019? If so, there was a $4000 REBATE plus you could have gotten the car for near next to Invoice and possibly the Dealer Hold Back charges negotiated. The 2019 models of the IS, are basically the last lot that Lexus are trying to sell as soon as they can, to make way for the 2020 models.

The Lexus dealer SHOULD have given this rebate to you, if they were an HONEST dealer? Did you discuss or did they let you know at all? I do business with Toyota and just out of curiosity, I rang up my Toyota contact guy and asked him about all the incentives available for 2019 Lexus IS models.

Even though I do business with Toyota and Lexus in Great Britain and Europe, I am shocked at the way the auto dealers work here in the USA. I am in the Dallas area, near the TMC head office in Plano, but I would be absolutely shocked if you did not get that $4000 rebate and/or any other incentives. I always tell my mates in America NEVER EVER make a deal with a dealer based on the MONTHLY PAYMENT. You should be negotiating your GROSS CAPITALISED COST (basically the final price of the car). Then look at your payment after.

The Gross Cap Cost of your car at $42,200 means your almost literally paid RETAIL price for it? I don't mean to stir things up, but everyone should negotiate the best deal and if Lexus is offering a rebate for Leasing with LFS and it is $4000, then you SHOULD get it!

What dealership? What was the MSRP? That’s by far the most I’ve ever seen anyone been able to haggle off the MSRP for a lease. That’s almost 20%.
