Lexus IS250 pre-purchase questions!
Hi all,
I’m about to pull a trigger on a used 2014 Lexus IS250 AWD with Luxury package. Private deal, one single owner,53k miles. All lexus service records since new. New tires, brakes and rotors all around. He’s asking 18,500 and I think I can talk down a bit more on price. My question: does it seam like a good price? I never drive one of these lexus sedans before so I don’t know what to expect, my wife wants a sedan with awd so this seems like a good fit. Any suggestions what to look for when I go to see a car? This car belongs to his 60 years old wife so I assume it’s never been abused and such but still, anything can go wrong.

Compare with other private sales online (autotrader.com etc.), in Canada that would likely go for mid 20s but not sure about US. I got 17k CDN for my 2010 IS250 RWD from insurance.
