Default F-Sport Gauge Modification?

Hey guys, out of curiosity, do you think it is possible to modify the color/appearance/layout of our F-Sport gauges? Being in the computer tech industry, I know nearly everything can be modified/edited. So, with that being said, the gauges are a fully digital screen, which means there is a processor that is processing and displaying that information. If we can get access to the file system, and are able to modify the files, we can change the speedometer layout, colors, needles, etc. For example, make the layout more similar to the aggressive RC-F gauge. Any thoughts/ideas on this? I've tried researching this but have found no information.

even that rcf gauge looks low res and from the 1990s. it's evident how cheap a lot of manufacturers are putting in super low res screens.

The actual layout/features are beautiful though. 10x better then my F Sport gauges. I wish Lexus offered SOME customization options like trans temp, G-Meter, color combinations etc... not that a 3is really needs those things it’s barely a sporty car but it would be much nicer aesthetically and make the driver feel like their in something a little bit special.

You should drive an RC F. The animations are very smooth and crisp just like our IS gauges, and it's very easy to see everything. I loved the gauges when I drove it.

I'm reviving this thread because I am also curious as well. Has anyone tried this or is not possible? It would make sense that you could put some sort of file to display different images since it is a screen.

I have seen no evidence of any customization to the gauges on any Lexus car. I doubt it's possible. Only way I could think would be *IF* a techstream had a program for it. But I would be fairly certain we would have heard of it by now.

with Tesla EV sales & growth dropping faster than dead bees with 8 weeks lifespan, dun be surprised Lexus's plan for PHEV, HEV & EV will all be history footnote by 2030.
Especially when there's half-dozen Chinese EV competitor dumping their cars here in USA by 2026 at 50% less than cost, just to grab martshare.
Only way for Lexus to survive then is to differentiate.
Internal combustion hydrogen?
or back to ICE with V8/10/12 and sell F1/Le Mans/Nurburgring/NASCAR/GR/GT dreams?

I have wanted to try swapping a 21+ F Sport gauge cluster into my 2019. I have considered trying one on eBay.
