@Sasnuke he didn’t specify and I didn’t get a chance to view the code it but that link definitely helped, I also think it’s possibly a hose towards the back of the manifold by the fuel line

@Sasnuke there’s a Toyota dealership close by me and I was hoping to grab the factory plugs from them but they are only able to search Toyota model cars through there data base, any suggestions on where to purchase the factory Denso plugs? (Besides the Denso site)

Maybe a local parts place...I'm not sure what those are in the US...maybe Pep Boys or something similar.

where did you get the plugs from? I will never get plugs on ebay especially the denso's for toyotas and our engines as many of them are fake. someone did a comparison on this message board.
your ngk's may be fine but just be aware that people surprisingly make counterfit plugs that go bad quickly.

I would more closely inspect your intake, since that's the code your getting. Unless I missed something.
A visual may not reveal what the issue, maybe take it apart again. Something jsut pretty tight opposed to fully tight will cause an issue.
I would (did) order OEM from Lexus parts now .com
Or dealer.

@HOMER350 @evident I bought my plugs from buy wise but I feel like I’m burning slightly more fuel so I plan on getting the factory plugs, I’m looking for a site that have them for the best price but average price is around $20 per plug... so you guys think Royal purple oil will go well with the IS250?

Not sure what buy wise is but if it's an auto store then you're probably fine for not getting counterfeits. I got my oem denso plugs for $17.99 a piece at thompson lexus over here in PA. I got pretty paranoid after reading about counterfeit plugs. I would call your local toyota/lexus dealers and see what price they will give you. Alternatively, Rockauto also sells the same denso plugs without the toyota box for $12 b ucks. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...park+plug,7212 "DENSO3473{#9091901249, FK20HBR11}Iridium Long Life (SIP)"
Royal purple is a good oil, but if you're sweating spending a few extra bucks on spark plugs i'd focus on getting the right plugs for the engine (either the densos from dealer or rockauto) and save cash and get cheaper synthetic oil than royal purple- most synthetic oils are fine. I prefer Penzoil Platinum, Toyota Genuine, Mobil1 and even amazon basics is decent. they can all be had at a reasonable price if you need to save cash.

Here is a vid I did of me changing the sparkplugs, There are a few connectors so make sure you did up everything. Also I replaced the gaskets and got OEM sparkplugs.
Hope it might help others

So I just realized that they make counterfeit spark plugs. i ordered mine off ebay and I am thinking about returning them just to be safe as i paid $32 for 6 and it seems like that may have been too good to be true. my question is walmart has them for 11.69 a piece and they are shipped and sold by walmart can i trust these? I’m just about to purchase a IS350 2014 and was scanning the owners manual for maintenance items needed at 60,000 miles. I noticed the spark plugs get changed every 60k miles. I thought iridiums last 120,000. Why do these cars need new $80 plug changes so quickly?
