I have an IS F Sport. The new Lexus app shows a non-F Sport while Lexus Drivers shows an F Sport. Is everyone’s app like this?

Mines shows the exact color and F sport which is what I have too.

 

Interesting. I just tried deleting the app, downloading it and signing back in and it’s still not an F Sport. Hopefully just a bug.

Mine shows my exact vehicle color and F Sport as well.

 

Mine says "image not found" and i really wish i knew how to fix that. mine is an Fsport but i would even take the non fsport at this point.

i have a 2015 is non f sport: no image found

 

I put in my VIN. My car popped right up. When I try to save the information, it won't let me do it as the person who had the lease on it before I bought it
already saved the information. Any ideas?

 

When i first used the app last july, i had an image. Since the Fall, image not found.
sent email to developers and was told to upgrade app. Have upgraded a couple times. Still broke. Have sent email couple more times. No response.
Not happy with that.

 

Agreed. it bothers me more than it should. i tried like 5 different vins and mine was the only one that says that and has the whole time.

 

2015 Atomic Silver IS F Sport: "image not found"

 

My '18 F Sport shows the right color, but shows a non-F Sport. Wife's '18 NX300 F Sport is right color and shows an F Sport.

 

It seems that if your car was previously owned and they were subscribed to any of the remote services, they will have to update it in their system toy reflect the new ownership. I had to call Lexus and they updated the VIN to my name and my exact vehicle comes up when I bring up the APP.
