Yes, it's plug and play. Just get you whatever color LEDs you want and replace the stock bulbs.
194/168/175 size LEDs work. I bought a pack on Amazon and they are still doing well after almost 2 years.

The crystal white. I don't like hints of blue. 6000k color temperature to be exact. Makes the car look so much better and much fancier. It's really dumb that Lexus used white led lights for certain things and then yellow halogen bulbs for the rest. The yellow bulbs makes the car seem basic. There's a bunch of bulbs to replace though, theres the dome lights, the vanity mirror lights, the footwell lights, the door emergency lights or whatever they're called, I also replaced the courtesy puddle lights. I think I'm forgetting something lol.

Wow 6000k is super bright and what I think is blue already, do they even make them any higher ? Do you happen to have links to the lights you used, and are the lightbulbs labeled in the car where did you get the 194 etc

What bulbs did you replace with for the mirror lights and how much of a pain was it to open up the side mirrors and assemble it back together?

I am very particular about interior LED color. I don't like white with any blue or yellow tint which is why I selected 5500K from Vleds.
Particular this bulb for all interior and mirror lights. Not the best quality picture.

I used the same ones I put in the interior ,It’s not bad to take apart but the first time taking apart the mirror you’ll feel like you’re going to break it but you won’t trust me . Reassembly is very easy 5 screws to take it out and put it back in , msg if you need help

Where did you get the "F Sport" lights? All I'm seeing on Amazon are the "Lexus" style lights.

Thanks!

Highly recommend DiodeDynamics LEDs with diffusers. The diffusers help spread out the LED light evenly - the white looks great under the side mirrors!
