It looks like that is an original Lexus TPMS sensor.
To confirm, the ID number you would program using Techstream is 307126A. I'll assume you have the other 3 numbers also.
If you have Techstream, check the TPMS system and see if there are any codes.

I "checked" the TPMS system and there are no codes. Seemed odd to me, like I was missing something.

Also you can see on the TPMS ECU datalist what sensor codes are currently in the system.
If they don't match the ones you have for the winter wheels, them the programming didn't take.
Also what version of Techstream software are you on? I'm not what the current one is, but it has to be around version 14 or higher by now.

I suggest buying a set of rebuilt oem tpms on eBay. They normally run about $60 for a full set. I been through 4 sets of aftermarket wheels on my car and I always buy a set on eBay and program using my ateq quickset tool. Never had an issue.

For all this trouble seems like better option to buy brand new OEM denso Pacific sensors for $45 on eBay. I found these https://www.ebay.com/p/194972692?iid=253586288509 and that seems like normal price and guaranteed to work once programmed. Also found some on Amazon with prime for same price here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NQ05Y3Y.
other option is get a set of used take offs for about $60 on eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Set-of-4-Lexus-Toyota-Scion-TIRE-PRESSURE-SENSOR-TPMS-OEM-PMV-C010-SET-TS25/252109071610
the risk there is you don’t know the remaining life. But for winter wheels or high wheel cycling, may save you a few bucks.
