Hi everyone,
I had my check engine light turn on midday yesterday. I also noticed my throttle being a little stiffer ( like eco mode even in sports mode)
I contacted my dealership I've been booked in for next Thursday.
I wanted to see if I can get your inputs on what it might be.

Not going to be able to help without a code(s). Off the top of my head my guess is the PCV hose came loose. Symptoms seem to fit, but you really need the codes. Could be a multitude of things.

when you get a check engine light you take it to a place like Auto Zone that offers a free obd2 scan. You get the code and report back here.
The dealership acts in a manner that is nothing short of criminal. Do not throw your money away and do not continue to support what should be illegal business practices.

Dont even go to the Stealership for things like that. It could be something as simple as you didn’t tighten your gas cap enough. Their gonna charge you diagnostic fee which is around $160....

Since the vehicle is a 2018 and should still be under warranty, let the dealer figure it out.
Is the vehicle stock? Or any modifications to the exhaust?
