I can't tell for sure if it's dented in or not in the photo...but if you're just looking to get the scuff mark off, I would try some rubbing compound with a microfiber cloth.
You can use whatever is local to you...Meguiars, 3M, Chemical Guys, etc...
It doesn't have to be anything special...it's just rubbing compound.

Minimize it by rubbing it out. Try SwirlX 2.0 (or whatever version is current today). You can get probably 50% of that out, and the rest you'll have to live with. You removed a lot of clear there.
you can also spot clear it using 2k clear, feather it out, then buff. that will take some skill and experience though. and it still won't look perfect but at least it'll be glossy.
