Are you asking about that white ****, or the torn trim piece?

Ouch! I'm afraid it is. Please watch this video. It can also guide you to remove all the trim parts to get to the head unit.

You can see that plastic trim is a part of the head unit.

Sorry to see this. How did it happen?
If I were you, I'd cover it up somehow and make it look as nice as possible. You certainly don't want to replace the entire head unit.

I believe that trim is not replaceable.

If the missing piece is one large fragment, you might be able to epoxy it back into place, but there's probably no way to completely conceal the repair.

I'd probably fill that with some kinda putty that hardens and then paint it black. Would suck to have to replace the whole radio for such a small missing piece.

It's the broken plastic piece on the right, not the ****.

Sorry, so same thing. The junk yard might be a cheap route to fix the issue.

You can’t replace just that piece you’d have to replace the entire unit unfortunately.

If you have the broken piece I would just glue it back on, then wrap that trim on both sides of the stereo with some kind of vinyl so they match and the imperfection is covered.

That's not a bad idea. Maybe with carbon fiber wrap?

I think carbon to match what you already have on the console trim would work well.

For future reference, please try to make a thread title that indicates what the thread is about - in this case, if I were in your situation, I would have made the title "Help! Trim on climate control panel broken!" or something like that.
