Default Wheel fitment and tire question 3IS

Was about to pull the trigger on a set of wheels and wanted to ask to just to be safe. I have a 2016 Lexus is200t and looking to a get a set of F1R F29 double black wheels with the front being 18x8.5 et42 and the rear also being 18x8.5 et42 on OEM tires (225/40ZR18 & 255/35ZR18). I thought this would be a pretty safe first set of wheels, just wanted to ask and make sure if there would be any issues running this setup. I also plan on getting RSR down springs later on.

The front may not clear the brake caliper depending on the rim design...you're probably looking at adding a spacer...10mm should do fine.
Odd to have the same size rim with different tires...now you can't rotate them.

And to answer the other question right above...any F Sport package 3IS will have 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 regardless of engine.
