What's the biggest difference between having resonators/ not having other than sound? We only deleted the resonators after having the full system built and it STILL had that mechanical sounding whine.

Do you still have stock mufflers? Also do you have any sound clips?

aye there dude. Nice 3rd gen. Looks clean af. I have the exact same car. I did a full on cat and muffler delete and have had no problems. With mine there was no y tubing. It was straight piped from the head all the way to the tip. No codes whatso ever. If it helps any i also did it in my driveway. Never saw a shop for it. Just had a buddy who knew what he was doing as far as sourcing the right sized piped. Did our own welding too. Im slammed and only have a 2.5 inch clearance. If you tuck it right and get all your measurements right you can do it for 2-300$. Rather than 4-800. If it gets damaged its easily fixed by replacing the piping. Mine doesnt rub or scrape.
