It would be absurd to spend so much on such little benefit. Just my opinion. M5 budget on a 3IS.

Unless it's a show car or a high performance tuner (which it's not the latter we can agree). I could never be convinced of the added benefits from an exhaust that costs +$1000 more than the Invidia I got. Just as I couldn't be convinced mine is better that the guy who had a custom build done. I will say the Ark does sound awesome! But a cool $1200 more to sound a little better (subjectively). There are enough muffler setups out there any good shop could produce just what you want.

If you do go with a mid-pipe, consider having someone custom build that portion at least if your not stoked on the price tag.

IF I was not to get Midpipe but only Invidia Axle back. Q300. Will there be Drone and how bad is it? Note: I Drive with no music. Will it override the current intake sound? One review on Youtube who has this setup says no drone. Any one else agrees with this?

f-sport has a nice sound and no drone. If you want lots of sound it may not be for you.

I have no drone and it did override the intake sound at higher rpms. But shortly after I modified intake and that got louder (so did the exhaust) so cant tell you exactly how it is anymore with stock intake. I kept the resonators in place too. I believe those make big difference on this car.
