^^ It is a bit too early to tell whether the inner tire wear with the stock LCA bushings would be problematic but I didn't take any chance and installed them on my 2021.

I can’t say it has. I have a 2018 IS 300 AWD F Sport and I still experience the same issue with premature inner tire wear almost down to the mesh webbing inside - slightly worse on front than rear. Lexus dealer says it’s normal for that car and I should expect to be replacing tires at 15,000 miles. Love the car but it eats up tires! I’m getting a full set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 AS put on in the next week I’ll see how well those wear with proper alignment and ‘conservative’ driving.

Stock 2020 IS350 and so far the stock Bridgestones are lasting much longer than on my 2008. I'm at about 20k miles and I'd say they are about 60% worn. Pleasantly surprised.

Anyone know if Michelin makes a non-Pilot Sport tire for this car? Want to maximize mileage and rainy grip for my next set.

Rain shouldn't be an issue with a performance summer tire, no? Unless you are talking about a Pilot Sport Cup 2 or something of that nature, you should be fine. However, on the tread wear front... yeah, you are going to want something else.

The only Michelins I see on Tire Rack are the CrossClimate 2, Pilot Sport All Season 4, PS4S, and Pilot Alpin 4 (winter). If you are looking for a more touring-oriented tire you may have to explore other brands. Personally, I'd just go with an ultra high performance all-season if you are concerned about all-weather capability. However, the tradeoff there is usually noise. Summer tires will be a bit quieter in my experience (most of the time... these Bridgestones on my '21 IS 350 are a bit loud).

^^ I agree, I find the Bridgestone on my 2021 a bit louder than the Turenza EL400

I finally caved and got the RCF LCA bushings installed this past weekend, and put new tires on the front on Monday. Rears are still good so they can wait. The front tires were already showing signs of uneven wear, and the Michelin AS3's were becoming unbearably loud. Sounded like I had a lifted truck. I couldn't take it anymore. Went with Continental DWS 06 Plus. Super happy with the choice. I also notice that the car is much more planted/steady (especially at highway speeds) and doesn't dart about or tram line whenever I hit any grooves in the road.

Bushings installation + tire mounting + TPMS reset + alignment = $180. Much better than the quote I got from a shop that wanted $535 just to install the bushings.

Edit: I bought the car with the AS3's on already. Not sure how long they were on before I started driving the car, but I got about 11k miles out of them. Hoping the Continentals will last longer. *fingers crossed

My FIGS bushing and rear upper link arrived. I’m going to install them Monday and put on my winter tires one time. I’m in Canada.

When I go to Lexus to do the alignment, do I have to tell them anything? Or should they just do a factory spec alignment?

^^ I am not sure about the alignment but I can't wait to hear your feedback on the FIGS although it will be a bit skewed with the fact you will have your winter tires on. Still report when you can, I am a bit torn on what to install on my IS500 when it arrives.

Just got quoted $804 plus tax for 3.6 hours of labor at JM Lexus to replace the LCA bushing. That doesn’t include the part. Needless to say, stay clear of this dealer lol

They just don’t want to do it….I suspect that’s why such a high price. They’re freaking nuts though - takes them less than an hour. Are they including an alignment too?

^^ Yeah mine was ~1h and they only charged me a small amount for the front alignment. They were very fair...

edit..I got mixed up, they never did a wheel alignment for my LCA bushings, I was mixing up with my lowering springs on my RC. Sorry, so yeah, just about 0.75h labor for the bushings.

I guess imma have to drive up to Canada to get it done lol. In all seriousness, I’ll probably get the dealer that sells me the car to do it for me at the time of purchase and at cost, not profit. They’re already making enough of a profit on the damn car.
