Default Fuse identification

Does anybody know what this "noise filter" fuse does?

The fuse supplies power to a condenser, which is located near the fuse box.
The condenser is commonly used to quiet electrical noise is circuits...like keeping the antenna circuit free from RMF that would cause static.
The specific condenser you are referencing is likely not for the radio, but another circuit in the vehicle...like the electrical for the engine.
