Anyone know if both the triple beam headlamps and the standard headlamps use the same Ballast?

looking to upgrade to the triple beam headlights for my 2018 IS350 and wondering if I could use the ballast that’s already in it for them

At best you'd be receiving a cosmetic upgrade, but at a very high cost. And you'd never get that money back should you decide to trade or sell your car. Just roll with what you have! A set of tires and bushings would be a far better and more worthwhile upgrade.
