I did mines 2 weeks ago. They called and said come in with tank empty, we will fill it up for you. I got a loaner and got my car back next morning.

I'm guessing this is an american dealer thing or select one.

It's supposed to be across the board...makes you wonder what the dealers who don't give you the tank of gas are doing with the tank of gas you should get.

I guess this is only for select vehicles within certain year models? I see the 2014 is included and some have reported that there's is included, however mine is not. No letter, nothing from the dealer, Lexus drivers and NHTSA both say my vehicle isn't included. (2014 350F RWD)

@Tungstn-IS quite certain your local Lexus dealer will oblige if you contact them &/or just schedule a service appointment.
