I had a rip in the center console lid so I purchased a new skin on eBay(pic attached).
I used Gorilla glue spray adhesive.

The end result is far from perfect. It was the end result of extreme frustration. It’s a super tight fit, and you need the adhesive for when you get the fit right, but up until that point the adhesive just makes a huge pain in the ***.

I literally finished 5 min ago so I do feel like it’ll settle and look a little better. But either way I’m much happier with this than what I had before.
